Shipping Policy – Nightshade Post

Thank you for being part of the Snail Mail Club!

Sign-Up Deadline

The last day to sign up for the upcoming month’s letter is the 20th of each month. Any memberships purchased after the 20th will be applied to the following month’s mailing.

Mailing Schedule

All letters will be sent out within 7 days after the 20th (by the 27th of the month).

Shipping Method

Letters are sent via standard postal mail using stamps. Because of this, tracking is not available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal service. Once your letter has been mailed, I am not responsible for postal delays, lost mail, or delivery issues.

International Shipping

For international members, please note that some letters may pass through customs before delivery. This can occasionally cause additional delays beyond standard shipping times. Any customs processing times, fees, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
