Updates for International Members!

Just a couple updates for INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS ONLY:

I have been receiving reports of late and missing mail that gets sent overseas. It makes me sad to hear but this is the reality of untracked postage :(  While I can't make delivery faster (Can take up to 6 weeks--more if delayed!!), I can try to fix some of the inconveniences of receiving my mail late. 

Calendars will no longer be numbered and titled. 

I understand it's very disappointing to get a functional art piece in the mail only to not be able to use it. I will be sending blank calendars to international members so that you all have a say of when to use it! Of course, you will have to write it yourself which can be stressful, but at least it will be usable.

Message for European Union Members:

I love sending you our monthly letters, but I want to make sure you’re aware of a change coming to European Union customs rules that will affect your subscription.

Starting July 1, 2026, the EU is removing the "duty-free" status for small imports (<€150). Even though your subscription is a single envelope, it will now be subject to a new flat-rate customs duty of €3.00.

How this affects your Mail Club subscription:

  • Mandatory Fee: Each monthly letter will now incur this €3.00 duty upon entry into the EU. Duties will be paid at checkout and reoccur monthly.
  • Potential Handling Fee: Depending on local postal rules, a small administrative handling fee may also be applied by your local carrier.
  • Arrival: I am doing everything I can to ensure your letters continue to arrive directly in your mailbox, but these new regulations may cause slight processing delays at the border.

I value your place in the Nightshade Post mail club and want to be completely transparent about these extra costs imposed by the EU.
